Spartao is a Finland-based Asian food operator building and managing multiple restaurant and catering concepts across different formats and locations. Rather than focusing on short-term expansion, we focus on how decisions are made, how teams operate day to day, and how growth is sustained over time.

Our Background

Spartao began as a smal operation in Finland Tampere, with a clear emphasis on execution rather than expansion. From the beginning, the goal was not rapid growth, but to build a solid operational foundation： one that could support teams, systems, and partners in a reliable way. As the organization developed, this approach remained unchanged. Growth folowed structure, not the other way around.
